Cảm biến ST-2 vibration

ST-2 vibration velocity sensor which is connected with vibration monitor(or transmitter), is used to measure various displacement and velocity.
The vibration of rotor, propped up by rolling bearing, is large enough to transmit to bearing block. When rotor is vibrating, vibration velocity sensors, which install on the bearing block or near the bearing case, is in the frequency range. Coils and magnet are in relative motion to cut magnetic lines, and generate induced voltage in the coils. This voltage signal is proportional to mearsured object vibration velocity value. Sensor transmits this signal to monitoring instrument, which is used for the prediction and warning of mechanical failure.
